Who we are

Crown & Co Real Estate is a real estate team operating under EVO Real Estate Group in Everett, MA, serving Cambridge & Greater Boston. This policy covers this website, crownandco-re.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. When you submit the inquiry form we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• Whether you selected buying or selling
• Anything you write in the message field
• Which page you submitted the form from

Our host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser type, for security and reliability.

What we do not do

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking. It sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use it

To reply to you and to help with the buying, selling or development question you contacted us about. If you become a client, information you share may also be used to carry out that work, including sharing it with our brokerage where a transaction requires it.

Third parties

These services are involved in running the site:

• Web3Forms — delivers inquiry form submissions to our inbox. Your form contents pass through their service.
• Vercel — hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces. Your IP address is visible to Google when fonts load.
• Google Maps — the map on our contact page is embedded from Google, which may set its own cookies when that page loads.

Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Inquiries stay in our email for as long as we may need them for the relationship, and longer where a transaction record must be retained under Massachusetts real estate rules. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can also simply ask us to stop contacting you and we will.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted here.
